A very good experience overall

Ordered a hat for the 2nd time, they took my money and a week later notified me hat not available! Won’t order a 3rd time!

I like it. I was looking for something else. A vest with pockets that snap on the outside. Thank you.

First of all, my gloves arrived with some kind of stains all over the leather that was instantly noticeable, so clearly no one looked at them or just didn't care when they sent them out. After reporting this via email many days later, I finally received a shipping label (that I had to print out, no QR code??) and sent them back. They arrived back to the company but I had to inquire as to status in order to find this out as no one contacted me to tell me they had received them and sent out the replacement. I have now been waiting for an update on the status for several days, sent 2 inquiry emails, and have had no response. This is the last purchase I will make here, which is a shame as the leather vest I received is great, and the gloves, despite being damaged, were also great quality, but this service or lack thereof, is just not something I would want to deal with again.

I ordered a Nex-Gen Rainsuit from Hot Leathers.
Order was fulfilled my Milwaukee Leathers.
Found out that Milwaukee Leathers now makes what was the Nex-Gen Rain Suit.
The one that I ordered, when it arrived, was not quite as described in the Item Listing on Hot Leathers (there was no zippered Chest Pocket, and the 2 outside Flap Pockets did not have Velcro Closures.
The Customer Service Staff at Hot Leathers and Milwaukee Leathers, and Good Sports were all very helpful.
I was sent a Return Label, was able to find an alternative Milwaukee Leather Rainsuit which looks to be top of the line (although they still don;t offer an outside Chest Pocket on the Jacket).
