Please return the purchased item(s) in its original new condition as received with all packaging, hand tags, and manuals if applicable within 30 days of purchase. Product Exclusions with FINAL SALE Return Policy Info Noted in Description are Excluded. To process a return please follow the link below which will walk you through the process of returning or exchanging your order:
Hot Leathers has teamed up with Re:Do to offer a free shipping label for returns and exchanges when users select to pay the $1.98 fee shown on all of our product pages (as of 08/18/2023). Customers who did not see the Re:Do option, OR opted to not pay the additional $1.98 can still return and exchange products within our guidelines above, however those customers will be required to cover the cost of their return shipping label using our portals deeply discounted shipping rates. Hot Leathers will cover the cost of the return shipping label in the event that you received the wrong item, or the item you received came damaged or defective (photos will be required).
Hot Leathers never charges re-stocking fees, and all returns and exchanges made within our policy guidelines will be able to get an additional $10 added if they opt to be refunded through Store Credit (Online Gift Card).
Be advised that you will not be reimbursed for any cost you acquire using services outside of our Return portal.
Masks, Bandannas, Face/Head Gear Return Policy Change:
Due to concerns about hygiene and the safety of our customers and employees, we will NOT be accepting any returns for face masks, bandannas, or accessories , except in the case of manufacturer defect. Please contact customer service for assistance.
Note: Boy Shorts and Boxers cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please check product descriptions for other "FINAL SALE" products that are not allowed to be returned or exchanged. "FINAL SALE" products will have a notice in bold red text announcing that they are non-returnable.

Helmets & Apparel:
Any merchandise which has been "taken out for a ride" is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet if trying boots or to wear your helmet indoors before heading out on the bike and do no remove the protective film visor to try on for fitment.
