I also bought a pair of 9 wide and I am keeping them and want to return 81/2

I have tried so many boots and have been disappointed. I have really bad pain in both my feet. These boots are the best! So comfortable! I was able to use them with my own orthotics without issue and I love that they have a zipper for easy on and off once I get the laces right. I would definitely buy these again!

I love my boots; the look and feel. When I received my boots and was a little concern that they would be too big. I have to wear an orthotic pad in my shoes/boots. I was thankful this boot comes in a wide width so I can wear the ortho pad. As soon as I got the boots, I put my ortho pads in and worn them in the house for over an hour. I had to adjust the lace on the boots. Before the adjustment, I wasn't able to zip the boots. But no problem now. My feet didn't hurt. I wore them around town. My feet still didn't hurt.

The only concern I have is the metal tab on the laces. I can’t seem to get them to stay with the wording staying face forward. (This is why the 4-star rate, otherwise I would give a 5-star rate.) Sorry HL, I’ll have to remove the metal tabs from the lace. But that’s OK, you have the tabs on the side of the heel or people can ask where I got them. These boots are the best and I hope and pray, that just like previous boots I have ordered from Hot Leathers; they will last a long long time. Love that I will have a good-looking riding boot and not be concerned about my feet hurting. Thank you Hot Leathers!
