Shannon was a great help in directing me on my return and getting the new jacket. I originally ordered the L for my grandson, he is 11yr and very thin framed. The sleeves were too short and it was very tight in the middle and shoulders. I re-turned it and had a XXL sent which fit much better. It may not fit him next year, but this year he thinks he looks 'sick' (I think that is the same as 'cool' LOL) He is very happy and wears it daily. Thank You Shannon!!!

Had to exchange sizes and staff was friendly and super easy to work with. I will buy from them again. Great quality too.

I'm actually impressed with the quality of the jacket. It's a real leather jacket. It's a little bit large for my daughter but it's durable enough that it will still be around for a year. The size is pretty accurate and the sleeves and other high wear areas will survive a 3 year old.

My grandson loves the jacket. The sizes run a very small so be sure to measure your child and do not relay on what you usually get them, like I did! I got a medium youth and ended up with an xl youth. Its costs $11.99 to send back your jacket. The jacket Is made really well great and customer service was great.
