I ordered the wrong size 7 and I wear a 10w they return and send me a new pair that fit great

I have extra (extra) wide and very flat feet. I almost always have to wear a 4E width shoe which are typically available only in men's footwear. Boots are particularly problematic because my calves are larger and most boots are too tall to fit right. The PROS for these boots: super comfortable to walk in, flexible in the ankle and the sole, only need to be laced up one time, double zippers make it easy to put them on and take them off, and they're decent looking. CONS for these boots: I'll need to find longer laces to accommodate the width of my calves, the top of the boots are very stiff and rubbed my skin raw after wearing them for a weekend riding class, and, while they aren't hideous to look at, they are rather plain.
