USA Made custom orders are nonreturnable. If there is an issue with the hardware or stitching it is covered under our 5 year warranty. Payment must be made at time of order placement. Once a customer signature has been received, no other modifications to the agreement can be applied without incurring additional charges. Please allow 10 - 12 business days for manufacturing.

Please let us know the product sku you'd like us to use as the base for your custom leather product. Our sku's start with 3 letters and end with 4 numbers, JKX5001 for example. Please send us measurements for your chest, waist, and sleeves (if applicable). If you are looking to get custom chaps, we need to know the width of the widest part of your thigh, your waist, and your inseam length.
