How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship all orders in to 3 to 6 business days of receiving your order. On average most domestic orders take 3-10 business days for delivery.*

What shipping method do you use?
We use UPS, DHL, and USPS.
Do you have a minimum order amount?
Our minimum order amount is $9.95.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Orders sent internationally via UPS usually take an extra 3-10 days for delivery. HOT LEATHERS is not responsible for duties, brokerage fees or any additional charges incurred during shipment. All orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, and all International orders will have shipping totals determined by your location. We will update you within 48 hours of your order with the updated total. Please note: our free ground shipping does not apply to international orders, or orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
Returns & Exchanges
If you find it necessary to return or exchange merchandise the following procedure MUST be followed
1. Fill out the Return / Exchange Form accordingly, found on the back of your invoice, or can be downloaded and printed by clicking here.
2. Follow the instructions on the bottom of the form regarding shipping.
3. All returning merchandise must be returned in new condition within 30 days of sale. Exchanges could take up to 2 weeks.
90 Day Warranty
HotLeathers.com, Inc. warranties all merchandise free from manufacturer's defects for 90 days from date of receipt of goods. We will repair or replace defective merchandise if product is in new condition, unused, and if replacement is available. Warranty repairs include free one way shipping. Warranty does not imply refund.
Can I make a purchase by phone, mail, or fax?

Do you charge Sales Tax?
Internet businesses are required to charge sales tax for the state in which they are located. Since we are located in Connecticut we are required by law to charge sales tax for all orders shipped to Connecticut. Sales tax does not apply to other states or international orders.
Do you have a catalog you could mail?
No - Because we are continually updating our website with new products we are not able to supply a printed catalog.
