Small sizes

I ordered a M(23") and it measured 21". I'm sending them back for XL(25") hoping they measure 23". The chaps look nice and seem to be well made. If I get the size right I will be happy with my purchase.

Great for cold riding

Got these for Christmas and I love them, went for a New Years Day ride and wasn't even cold. They do run a bit small should of went up one size (but they would have been to big) hoping they will stretch out just a little that I need.
